ice cream....

man, all i have been eating and wanting to eat is ice-cream and ice-cream and ice-cream...
my all time favorite is Haagen-Dazs' rum raisin, it never disappoint.
a new flavor that i tried this week is Haagen-Dazs' vanilla swiss almond. it's making its way up my list of favorites... nothing beats a good vanilla ice-cream from time to time.
but of course eating 20 grams of fat for every 1/2 cup is more than my conscience can bear since i don't exercise, so thanks to Lloyd, i found another substitute for my ice-cream diet....
dreyer's slow churned light chocolate fudge chunck which only have 4.5 grams of fat. i normally wouldn't touch low fat ice-cream because i think they are just gross. but this one is surprisingly creamy and it's not too sweet either which i like. it's not bad for a 'healthier' alternative. =p

yum. vanilla swiss almond is really very good.
 
nothing wrong with an ice cream diet...i scream, we scream for ice cream.
 
What's with people not wanting to leave their names when they comment?

Anyhow, Dreyer's light is really good. I think I prefer it to real stuff because I know I won't hate myself too much for eating it before bed.
 
there's another dreyer's light flavor that is also good: i think it's called chocolate silk, or something like that, and it's a blend of coffee, chocolate, and vanilla.
 
What about italian gelato?
 
but yeah chocolate fudge chunk sounds so good right now ...
